Account and starting
| Symptom | What to do |

| Start is disabled | The line under the button says why: not signed in, no subscription or statistics consent, an old version, no connection to the server |
| the code email didn’t arrive | Wait a minute or two and check your spam folder; you can request the code again |
| “subscription: …” in the journal | Another computer took over, or the subscription ended — check your account on the website |
| Windows: “Unknown publisher” | “More info” → “Run anyway”: the installer isn’t signed yet |
Addon and screen
| Symptom | What to do |

| “colors distorted” | Reset WoW gamma and brightness, turn off HDR and colorblind filters |
| “addon block not found” | The addon is disabled, the UI is hidden (Alt+Z) or the window corner is covered |
| “old version” | “Install the addon” in Setup, then /reload |
| FPS below 20 | Raise “Max Background FPS” in graphics settings |
| the game didn’t shrink beside the column | Switch the display mode to Windowed: Esc → Options → Graphics |
| “Waiting for game data…” | Give it a couple of seconds: the line under Start says what’s missing |
Flying and mounts
| Symptom | What to do |

| mount won’t summon | The mount key must summon a flying mount from an action bar |
| bind Skyward Ascent, Surge Forward and Pitch Down | Skyriding needs three keys (usually 4, 2 and Delete) — or pick Steady Flight |
| “can’t land” | Land the character yourself and send us the log from the logs folder |
Gathering
| Symptom | What to do |

| “Node icons: not learned” | Gathering tab: pick a node type and click its icon on the minimap snapshot |
| “the bot can’t see the minimap” | Move windows so the minimap is fully visible |
| false frames or nodes without frames | Raise or lower the recognition confidence; 85–90% works best |
Rotation
| Symptom | What to do |
|---|---|
| the rotation doesn’t press | The status card on the Rotation tab names the reason: paused, chat, mounted, no target |
| the bot only uses Attack, not the book | Stand out of combat for a minute without starting the bot so the addon can name your buttons |
| it fights as if there’s one target | Turn on enemy nameplates (V): the bot counts nearby enemies by them |
| the rotation interrupts your own casts | Increase “Quiet after your key” or press F11 to pause |
