Terms of service

1. Subject

The seller grants you the right to use the Peonix software (the Software) for the length of the plan you choose or of the free period. The Software is an independent product, not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

2. License

• The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable, for the length of the paid plan or of the free period.
• The subscription belongs to your account (your email address). You may install the Software on any of your computers; one copy runs at a time unless your plan says otherwise. Starting it on another computer automatically stops the running copy.
• The Software checks the subscription with the seller’s server: starting it needs an internet connection; when the subscription ends or the connection is lost for over an hour, it stops.
• You may not decompile the Software, distribute copies or keys, share access to your account, or bypass license checks. The seller may block an account for violations.
• Updates during the plan are provided at no extra cost.

3. Free period

Until the date shown on the pricing page, you may use the Software free of charge if you consent to sending the Software’s usage statistics and logs (the “Take part” button in the Software or in your account). What is sent and how long it is kept is described in the privacy policy. You may withdraw consent at any time; after that, or when the free period ends, the Software runs only on a paid plan. The seller may change the length of the free period by announcing it on the website.

4. Risk of use

You understand that using third-party software in World of Warcraft violates the game’s Terms of Use and may lead to restrictions or a ban of your game account. The seller is not responsible for actions the game’s rights holder takes regarding your account.

5. Payment and refunds

Plan prices are listed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Robokassa (bank cards); Robokassa bills in Russian rubles, euro prices are converted at the Central Bank of Russia rate on the order date, and your card is charged in its own currency at your bank’s rate. The receipt is sent to your email. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Access can also be activated with an activation key. Refund terms are in a separate refund policy.

6. Liability

The Software is provided “as is”. The seller makes reasonable efforts to keep it working but does not guarantee compatibility with future game updates on the day they ship.
